April Fool's Day 2011

I am really getting into videos. The only problem with me and a video camera is getting my friends to do the River Dance (you know that Irish dancing that is so powerful on St. Patrick's Day)  Well too late for St. Patty's Day but in time for April Fool's Day.   The backdrop is a painting done by J-9 which I have titled "Party Animal"

Imagine 5 women and their stuff....

unloading in St Ignace airport to fly across the straights to an island retreat, not just any island but Mackinaw Island.  We thought the planes might be small but OMG they were really small, they had to take us in two planes (admittedly we took more than we could use in the 5 days we were there).  The flight over was a tad windy but we were on the Mackinaw Runway in 5 minutes.  We had a horse taxi waiting for us and the fun began.  We did make overs, we ate, some of us drank (some of us I drank)  too much, there was painting, sewing, knitting, cross stitching and sleeping (my fav).  We had a fantastic time.
