Last Week of February and

only 25 days to Spring.  It doesn't seem so long away.  I am looking forward to wearing something other than turtlenecks and sweaters.  I finished the Chippewa Nine Patch quilt top and now am going to start making a sample for the shop out of the Moda MoMo line during our spring sample making vacation.  Just a reminder Liberty Bell Quilts will be closed March 7 - 20.

Nothing says "I love you" like fabric...

except maybe cupcakes.  Valentine's Day is the first day of Cupcake Week here at Liberty Bell Quilts.  Cupcake Week is my favorite week here at the store, you may wonder what we do here during Cupcake Week.

1. Eat Cupcakes
2. Get our customers to eat cupcakes
3. Entice Melissa at Wool & Honey to eat cupcakes (she is doing a sugar free diet right now)
4. Decide which is the best combination of cake/frosting combo.( I am a dark choc cake with white buttercream frosting fan)
5. See #1
6. See #2 (you probably can see the vicious circle Cupcake week is)

We have new fabrics from Amy Butler, Liberty Art and Ty Pennington ( oh yea! "Move that bus!" guy)
